James White are the makers of probably the finest collection of freshly pressed apple juices anywhere in the world, as well as Big Tom spicy Tomato Juice and the Great Uncle Cornelius collection of traditional non-alcoholic drinks.

James White has been based in Suffolk at Whites Fruit Farm in Ashbocking about 8 miles north of Ipswich, since 1993. They started off with a Classic range of pressed and filtered single variety English apple juices (Bramley, Cox
and Russet) – something of a novelty then – and these are still amongst the very best of their products.
They set the standard for everything else that has followed organic juices, vegetable juices, Big Tom, Beet It, Fruit Coulis and the Great Uncle Cornelius range, all produced using filtration techniques borrowed from the wine world.
