Philip Turnbull & Son are a small family farm who have been producing Traditional Farm Fresh Christmas poultry for over 45 years. Alistair and Philip Turnbull who currently run the farm sell both Bronze Free Range Turkeys and Barn Reared White Turkeys, together with both Traditional and Free Range Chickens. All their birds are naturally fed on their own home grown cereals and a GM free diet in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, to ensure maximum flavour and texture. They use traditional slow growing breeds, grown to maturity over several months. The turkeys are prepared on the farm where the birds are dry plucked by hand and hung in refrigeration for at least 7 - 10 days to achieve maximum flavour and texture.
