Calvors 
Calvors Brewery was established in early 2008 by Alec Williamson. The idea was to create real English Lagers, brewed in the heart of Suffolk.
The brewery is situated on the family farm just north of Ipswich and is located in a specially converted section of an old agricultural building. Everything from brewing to packing is done in hand at the brewery and only locally grown and malted barley is used.
The beer is brewed with dedication using traditional methods. It is fermented with fine bottom fermenting yeast and “lagered” (stored and conditioned) for a number of weeks before being triple cold filtered and then gently carbonated before bottling or kegging. No preservatives or flavourings are used in the brewing process.
Calvors is brewed using only the finest ingredients including locally grown and malted barley. However being based on the family farm that grows malting barley, it is Calvor's intention to use their own grown malt in the future.
