The Broxtead Butchery is an award winning traditional butchery specialising in the very best quality meat, hand-picked from local farms, properly hung and expertly butchered by Gerard King and his team. The Broxtead Butchery are proud to offer the best meat in the region – free-range pork from Blythburgh, grass fed beef from a variety of local farms and lamb from Spring Hill Farm Capel St Mary. The grass fed beef they currently butcher is Aberdeen Angus from R.C. Cook in Bungay and Red Poll from J. Thicket in Bramfield. Their beef suppliers change every couple of weeks.
